iBloom Technologies (www.iBloomTech.com) is an early stage startup
founded with the objective of blooming several futuristic technology
ideas.
We recently launched a global platform HelloExpert.com - that provides
expert solutions anytime anywhere. The platform is built using latest
web 2.0, search engine, unified communication technologies to present
a unique social concept to professionals, academia and world’s elite

enabling ideas and we have recently been adjudged as Semi Finalist

We are incubated and seed funded by IIM-A’s incubation arm, CIIE, and

Silicon Valley’s most successful entrepreneur’s network.
Seasoned technologists with entrepreneurial ambitions have the
potential to become Vice President of Technology or Chief Technology
Officer with in 6 months after joining.
As part of our fast-track development plans, we are looking at hiring
a couple of really smart & kick-ass Developers/Sr.Developers/
Architects with strong exposure to any or some of the following
technologies:
• Adobe Flash and Action Script
• Ruby
• Rails, Merb, Sinatra
• AJAX
• MySQL
• XHTML
• XMPP/
Jabber
• Any open source based unified communication technology API/stack
• NgNix & HAProxy
• Linux as the OS
Desired experience would be hands on experience in building/
architecting and scaling consumer portals involving cutting edge open
source technologies. In the nearterm , the most important thing is to
scale and improve HelloExpert.com platform, and so it is critical that
you can immediately make big contributions to our complex web-based
application. In addition to working with us in writing the software,
the ideal candidate should be proficient outside the technical realm–
making good product decisions, designing user interfaces that are both
pretty and functional, being an effective marketer and recruiter, and
being capable of handling anything else that comes up. You should also
be fearless and broad inside the technical realm, happy to tackle CSS
and JavaScript as readily as you are to take on optimizing the
performance of a backend service in Ruby on Rails or Python. If
necessary, or hook up a cluster of machines in the web farm to scale
up the platform. In general, you should be very good at getting things
done outside your comfort zone.
