I just got this working:

http://radiantcms.org/beta-gem/

Please download it and give it a whirl.

Run:

% radiant --help

To see additional options.

Pound on this folks. I want to be sure the there are not any major flaws
with this approach. Once this is worked out I will probably release it
to the public.

I updated the gem this this evening:

Please download it and give it a try. I think it is almost ready for the
first release. Again, once you have it installed use:

% radiant --help
