Not sure if this was the most appropriate place to post this question,
but here goes.

What hosting companies have you used that support Ruby & RoR, that
you’ve had the best experience with?

We have been using rimuhosting.com for a year and a half. Very pleased
so far.

I have a couple mini-reviews on my blog. Slicehost started moving
again on there waitlists so I have two slices now and honestly could
not be happier. Great price and being able to rebuild your slice
whenever you want is awesome. I think i will be with slicehost for
life.

amazon aws ec2 - use the ec2onrails AMI, very nice stuff at nickle an
hour.

We’ve been using Railsplayground and have been extremely happy with
the service they provide, the pricing and the support.

Been with them over a year, have 3 slices. Simply Awesome.

I’m using hostingrails.com and they are very friendly and helpful, and
their website has a lot of good tutorials. There has been 2 occasions
where the server load was so high that my site failed. First time was
another customer hogging the resources (was suspended). The other time
there was a ‘DOS attack’.

Still, their support is very responsive and helpful. I’m happy with
them.

After starting out with GoDaddy - which was a nightmare, these guys
helped me to get my site up and running in no time. Plus their customer
service gets an A+ from me - there is not a lot of companies out there
that you can say that about anymore.
