bash fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

This means that you have a lot of zombie processes:

ps ax|grep Z

and OS can not create a new process.

[mark@XXX ~]$ ps ax | grep Z

it is empty!

So, you have some other fork() shortage.
Anyway it’s not nginx related.

i got this error when i was playing with ulimits, check ulimit -u (at
least on
bash)
