B-100 Simplex operation and external switch control in GRC flow graph?

What is the method for setting up the B-100 to TX & RX in a simplex
arrangement instead of duplex? A flow graph system? And, what are be
best
ways to enable a control output for TX/RX operation? Again, via the
flow
graph?

This project does a simple MAC layer. Many of the examples are
