For those who were wondering when Amazon would have AWDwR v2 in-
stock, Amazon now lists the book as in-stock.
If you pre-ordered, check your order – in my case the order status
claimed the book was not in stock and would not be shipping till
February. Twiddling the shipping to the same value caused that to
reset to shipping tomorrow (just in time for me to head out of town
for Christmas – “cancel”).
