It went to the printer this week. Assuming no holdups, we expect to
start shipping sometime around December 15/18.
The PDF up on our site is the one that went to the printer (version
P1.0). We have one opportunity, probably next week, to correct any
errors, so there’ll probably be one more revision containing minor
revisions at that time.
I was planning on sending an e-mail blast to PDF owners then. At that
point we’ll also let people who ordered just the PDF know how they
can take advantage of combo pack pricing on the paper book.
