App for team codding?

Hi
I was searhing for some app that was designed for team
programming/codding but i have`t find anything :frowning: do you know any kind
of this application (RoR) ? it would be nice if i could work on it
directly
from the server (shell)

rubyforge.com has a big variety of open-source projects i’m sure
some people would be willing to get a hand on … if this suits your
needs. (not sure about shell, but it has svn / cvs control)

If you are on a mac there are several editors that allows multi-user
editing if that is what you are looking for.

Coda is worth looking at if you want HTML assist and such.

I think the question needs a bit of clarification.

Are you looking for an app to contribute to or work on? Or are you
looking for an IDE (Editor) or are you looking for source control where
teams can work on the same file and yet not clobber each persons code?
