Hi!
Is there some kind of announcement mailing list? I want to stay up to
date about new releases or security problems, but don’t want to get all
regular mails on this list.
Regards, Johannes

You could subscribe to this wiki page:
http://wiki.nginx.org/NginxInstall
Whenever a new release is announced, I update this page, so if you are
“watching” it (small magnifying glass icon on top right), you’ll get a
notification that a new Nginx release has been announced. You will
need to create a wiki account to enable this feature.

I used to subscribe to the RSS feed on gmane, which shows you the first
mail
in each thread… handily, that includes Igor’s announcement emails.

Thanks, I did that and enabled email notification. But it’s rather
tricky. A usual announcement mailinglist would be better, I think.

I agree. I get over 500 emails a day from different things and all I
really want to know about is security issues and updates.
