[ANN] Versioned URLs plugin

Hi-

We’ve just released a plugin that makes it easy to generate versioned
URLs (e.g.- http://www.lingr.com/javascripts/application.js.v1457) to
improve the responsiveness of your Rails website.

We use this plugin ourselves at http://www.lingr.com and wanted to
release it to the community. Hopefully, it will be the first of many
(I’m busy cleaning up our plugins right now :slight_smile: )
