Hi,

Thank you for your contribution for Ruby 1.9.2. I released Ruby 1.9.2
RC1.

Now ruby_1_9_2 branch is frozen for the final release. It accepts only
bug fixes. You cannot commit anything to ruby_1_9_2 without permission
by Yuki S. (yugui) or Yusuke E. (mame). But also, I would
appreciate it if you notify me of important bug fixes in order to
prevent me from overlooking the fixes.

I believe ruby 1.9.2 will be released in early August as scheduled.
