ANN: Haskell, aim Ruby3.0 with static type

Hi!!!
Matz has mentioned Ruby3.0 with static type at some confluences. But
almost all rubyists(include me) are not sure how typed Ruby is.
So I think it’s good to try typed Ruby easily by just using gem.

Half and half, I can’t image Ruby with static type so far.
But it’s worth thinking.
