[ANN] Fast JRuby Debugger 0.1.11

Hi all,

Friday the 13th, the good time for new release

Mainly it brings (almost) all the features of new version of ruby-debug
0.10.1 and there were a lot of them done by Rocky B. and
ruby-debug team. Check the changes there for features you might use now:

Others:

• since we have are passing almost 100% of ruby-debug test suite it
  means:
  • several bugs fixed; stability
  • better compatibility with MRI’s one
• –debug might/should be used instead of
  -J-Djruby.reflection=true -J-Djruby.compile.mode=OFF
• requires JRuby 1.1.2 and higher
