Alsa_sink busy

I just noticed that, if listening to an mp3 while trying to run a
gnuradio script that outputs audio, I get the error message:
audio_alsa_sink[plughw:0,0]: Device or resource busy

This appears both with ok_to_block=True and False… I’m using Ubuntu
8.04.1
Should it not be possible to do both? Any ideas?

You might need to set your default ALSA device to be the virtual
PulseAudio
device. See for example
