ADS-B / Mode S transponder code

Hi there!

I’m wondering if Eric C.'s Mode S / ADS-B aircraft transponder
receiver code was ever integrated into the main codebase. If so, I sure
can’t find it – where is it? If not, is it available anywhere for me to
experiment with?
