How stable is the ActiveRecord lib in the JRuby environment? Are there
any experience with it in production usage?

There are no production apps that I know of that are making use if
AR-JDBC.
Most of the few releases that we’ve had thusfar are to simply get basic
functionality working for a smattering of databases. I assume you’ve
read

Thanks Nick for your reply, maybe I’ll do a bachelor thesis with Java
scripted by Ruby. It’s about medical science and I’ll evaluate the
combination Java+JRuby+DB Access and report my experience.
