Access log question

we are getting “A LOT” of requests from one particular IP address. I
turned
on the access log to see what’s what, and this is what I see repeatedly
(i.e. thousands of times - like its in a loop):

Does anyone know what this may be?

It just ocurred to me that this of course NOT a nginx question… sorry

This address is from private network.
