About test benchmark_tx.py , I got error

I want to do this, to test the usrp

gnuradio-examples\python\digital\benchmark_tx.py
gnuradio-examples\python\digital\benchmark_rx.py to test by two USRP
but I got error message…

3.Is it necessary of Quartus II? Is it important in GNU Radio and USRP?
