2 quick newbie questions

Hello-
I’m a newbie to ruby and gnome. I’ve slowly started a few of the
tutorials on the ruby-gnome website, and I’m slowly getting the hang of
it.

2 quick questions though.
How do I make an expander widget expand sideways?

and

How do you set the length of a HScale widget?

These are probably simple questions, but I’m really new to Ruby, so
don’t be harsh… :slight_smile:

I’ve tried the slider_length method, but it is undefined according to
ruby.

Any suggestions?
