Hello,
I want to do local BLAST on cygwin with BioRuby. When I do this, does
BLAST have to be installed through cygwin rather than windows?
I know this is not the right group to ask, but I am also having
problem installing BLAST on cygwin. I found
http://mtc.epfl.ch/software-tools/blast/doc/blast002.html
and installed OCaml on cygwin, but I cannot excute
make distclean
because there is no “distclean”? No idea what to do.
