I'm using Fedora Core 3.

Here's what I get when trying to install Rails...

Since I'm brand new at this, I've no idea if everything is working
right. Anybody else get this error?

I don't know how, but rdoc doesn't seem to be installed with your ruby
installation.
You can choose to bypass rdoc installation with:

gem install rails -y --no-rdoc

Give it a spin and see what happens.

What does Rdoc do and do I need it?
