The successful candidate must have :
Substantial Experience with Ruby on Rails, XHTML, CSS, PHP and mySQL
Comprehensive Understanding of XML and AJAX
ability to work in an acronym-free environment
a sense of humor
functional understanding of Javascript
experience developing Content Management Solutions
a thorough understanding of relational databases
the ability to construct complex calculations
the ability to create a comprehensive and intuitive interface
Lasso, FileMaker Pro and Mac skills a definite plus
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Interfacing with customers to understand their needs and determining
their options.
Writing project outlines/proposals

Working with the Account Manager to ensure client demos and delivery
schedules are appropriate
