apparently your understanding of commercial opportunity is better than
your understanding of free software and licensing.
You might want to acquaint yourself with this web site…
Ruby on Rails is a free software license product and as since the
software itself is free and not sold, there is little interest in
bidding up a price and it is generally considered good karma to simply
donate domain names to the parties involved.
