Hi,
I’m creating a website and I’d like to display a menu and news ticker on
all pages. I thought of using html frames, but then I googled a bit and
found out that html frames are a big no-no. I’m not experienced
“web-developer” and I’m just learning rails (by doing). Please advise me
how to go about this problem the rails way, maybe a link to good
tutorial or a book (or your own experience; would be really apreciated).
