I don’t know if you all read errtheblog, but they just released:
http://subtlety.errtheblog.com/

Which provides rss feeds of public svn repositories.

I just created a feed for the mental branch since it has alot of
things happening.

Hi Michael,

It’s also worth noting that Trac generates rss feeds that you can
customise
to include svn changesets, tickets, wiki updates, etc. etc.

I’ve been using this feed to track radiant svn changes for a while:
http://dev.radiantcms.org/radiant/timeline?changeset=on&max=50&daysback=90&format=rss
