Select Helper with html option

hi iam trying to put some html option in the select helper like this

<%= select(‘personnel’, ‘department’, %w{Accounting Executive Export
I.T. HR Marketing Logistics Production Purchasing R&D Sales},
html_options = {size = 30}) %>

I think it is not the right way. How do I do it? And what are the
options we can use in the options and html_options parameter.
