Anyone come up with a solution to have the associations (eg has_many)
show up somehow in RDoc?
I remember reading that RDoc is supposed to doc generated methods also,
not just ones explicitly defined - but it doesn’t seem to be showing
this. Perhaps some plugin similar to annotate_models could add the
associations?
