I have a plain HTML "landing page" for my app. Maybe it's silly, but
I'd like to have an integration test that confirms this is functioning
as intended. I would have thought this doable, but ...

def test_basic
    get 'index'
    assert_response :success
    assert_template 'index.html'
end

... doesn't actually work. The response is <404> and the template
handler is routing_error.html.

Can someone enlighten me here?

(This is Rails 1.1.6, not edge, if that makes a difference...)
