Superfluous code in user_engine role_controller

Hi all,

I think I’ve located some superfluous code. I just can’t see what it
does, so I’ve created a patch. Please tell me if this code has a
function somehow.

No, I didn’t. Submitting patches and stuff is new for me, but I will do
