A Mid-Senior level Ruby-on-Rails Developer is required for a really
exciting late-stage start-up in South West London. The company is
boasting exceptional commercials but also a whistle-clean codebase that
holds real appeal to some strong names in the Ruby Community. Forseeable
work is predominantly new product features and ranges and involves
part-remote work too.

Location: South West London, easily commutable from most London areas
and Surrey. Part-Remote Work too.

Salary: £45k – £60k + part-remote work + benefits

A small and lean team, you won’t be churning out bit-parts but will be
working on whole projects. You’ll be trusted to produce clean,
thoughtful Ruby on the Rails they have there. While this is a Full Stack
role, preference is on Back End work, (but strong Ruby-on-Rails
Developers with front and back end experience are still encouraged to
apply) and will be asked to give your opinions and ideas as part of a
fluidly running Ruby-on-Rails team.

Essentials

Ruby-on-Rails

Exceptional Ruby

Javascript/CSS/HTML

Databases (Postgre, MySQL, Mongo, etc)

Beneficials

iOS / Android

Cloud Tech – Amazon AWS, Heroku, Azure etc

The Ruby-on-Rails developer for this role will work with a codebase that
has feedback from major Ruby Community members as “the cleanest they’ve
seen in a commercial environment” and that the work has “major
opportunities for scale”. As well as the opportunity to work remotely;
showing a flexible work culture, this is a real find on the market.
You’ll be learning Ruby-on-Rails from exceptional people and given
autonomy and respect to deliver on your own ideas too (be that code or
process).
