I’ve been working on updating visualruby to gtk3!
Its going very well, and I’m uploading the latest copy almost daily to

I still have one major obsticle to overcome: I’m loading subclasses of
renderers, columns and data into the Listview and TreeView controls and
getting buggy behavior. It worked fine in gtk2. I’m about to attempt
to start debugging it now, but I may need the help of someone who
understands the innerworkings of ruby/gtk3 (HINT, HINT KOU!!!)
Feel free to play with it and give me input.
