Evaluate the technical tradeoffs of every decision
Do code reviews and care about code quality, while also iterating
quickly
Build robust, lasting, and scalable products
Collaborate and work well with others
Who we’re looking for:
BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivelant
experience
Really, really good software engineers
People who get excited by tough technical challenges
You love learning and are passionate about helping others
You have experience with the full stack including 3 years of Ruby on
Rails
Hands on experience with React.JS
Desired Experience:
M.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of software engineering experience
Experience working with distributed systems
