· Solid Ruby on Rails development experience
· Expert knowledge of OO techniques and best practices for code
reuse
and testing
· Expert knowledge of the full web stack including HTTP, CSS, REST
· Relevant degree or work experience
· Distinguish track record of solving difficult and complex problems
efficiently and elegantly
· Exhibits a well-rounded understanding of the Ruby ecosystem while
suggesting better approaches to solving problems
