Every once in a while, i get some unusual exceptions in the
production.logfile
ActionController::RoutingError (Recognition failed for
“/login%2Fdispatch”)
For some reason the slash is encoded as %2F, though I’ve seen in time
other
characters being encoded for no apparent reason.
Any hints?
