Hi. Is it possible to compose GET request using 'link_to' and get passed
params like: params[:foo][:bar]?

I haven't tried it, but if it's possible, this is probably the way:
link_to "Click Here", {:action => 'thing', :foo => {:bar =>
'bar_value'}}
