using mod_fastcgi.dll
I followed the tutorial on
http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/Fast+CGI+and+Apache2+for+Windows+XP.
However I am getting the dreaded “Application Error â?? Rails application
failed to start properly”. Anyone have an idea how to fix it?
