How can i install ruby on rails locally .I mean I dont have internet
access in my system and want to install Ror .Please help me out .

Well you need to have internet to download it, but once you got it,
you dont need internet access to run it…You just need internet to
post question on the mailing list and ask for help but not to run
Rails itself.
