If each of us helps identify and close tickets that are no longer valid,
then we can probably get rid of 1/3 of them without any programming.
Just one closed ticket from each of us each day can really make a
difference.
All you have to do is try to reproduce the reported problem and post
your results. If you can identify the changeset that fixed the problem,
then mark the ticket as closed and mention the revision.
Having so many defect tickets open can create the wrong impression about
the reliability of rails. Just 15 minutes of your time can help close
tickets that are already fixed.
