Bill Tracey (kd5tfd for all you hams) wins a beer and pizza for being the first to use the WX APT (weather satellite) software in the demo directory and to report success to me. (wx_apt_recv.py) Bill is working on a feedline, preamp issue which makes this picture just a little noisy but it is clear the demodulator works. I was using his movement towards getting this going as a goad to myself. My quadrafilar helix will be finished and up in April. My preamp and feed line are already in place. Bill and I both use or will use WxtoImg ( http://www.wxtoimg.com/ ).
