Getting ActiveRecord with Sybase ASE 12.5 going in Windows

Anyone have any success getting the edge version of Active Record going
with Sybase ASE 12.5 in a windows environment?

I guess my main problem is that I’m not sure how to build (and properly
configure for) the sybct library.
