Forum: Ruby on Rails Problem with OCI in Apache

My Application runs fine when run on webrick, but throws up database
error when run from apache. this is the copy of the FULL TRACE i get

You're probably looking at environment variable problems (as in
something that's set in your environment on the command-line isn't set
in Apache).  Two likely candidates are ORACLE_HOME and LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
Apache's SetEnv directive (which comes from mod_env, IIRC) may help with
this.
