Hello,

I noticed that my Mac OS X Tiger installation of Rails includes a
Cache-Control: no-cache HTTP Response header by default in responses
coming from actions and .rhtml templates. This is a good thing :) but
I just wondered how to set these defaults, find out the other defaults
for headers, and optionally override them in my web application.
