· Excellent communicator
· Leadership (on a team of 4 ruby dev)
· Startup savvy, get things done attitude
· 5 years ruby experience (not just Rails)
· Demonstrable experience with large-scale consumer services.
· MySQL/NoSQL
· Strong believer in TDD (RSpec, Capybara)
· Love for complex asynchronous environments
