Same here, I’ve actually been meening to update the Wiki (its not
quite complete yet), but haven’t gotten to yet.
In any case, I have rails running on a 2003 Server box with out to
much troubles and would be glad to help out if needed.

I got Apache/Rails running on my XP Pro box.
I tried with the WIKI artilces you mentioned with
little success, then watched this video that somehow
got it going for me.
