CGRAN down, working on it

It looks like CGRAN is down for some reason. The machine that hosts it
is
still up and I haven’t found the cause of the problem yet. Still
digging.

Something must have been upgraded on the machine, and a significant
number
of the dependencies needed to run Trac have disappeared. For example,
python has disappeared from the machine :stuck_out_tongue:

This might take a while, sorry.

We are almost back up completely. Everything is back in place except
for
the Trac browser for the SVN code. The SVN server is still accessible
and
all of the wiki is back up and running. Just need to get the SVN
browser
working again… let me know if anyone else finds any issues.
