Nginx does not support Forward SSL proxy connection

Hi,

I’m trying to setup Forward SSL Proxy through nginx. However I came
across
this post,Re: https and nginx as forward proxy. Is
this
still not supported or you just don’t have this on your list ?

Just a note: support for CONNECT method != forward proxy. It
doesn’t make other parts of code to behave like they should in
case of forward proxy. E.g., it won’t stop proxy module from handling
X-Accel-* headers by default, and so on.

OK, Thanks for your comment. We will fix that and welcome any
suggestion. Nginx is almost a forward proxy, it’s useful for some
proxy users.

No changes since then, nginx isn’t a forward proxy, and there are
no plans to turn it into a forward proxy.
