I can't see 'colors' when running the 'rspec' command

I can’t see colors when running the rspec command.
both of these commands ‘rspec spec -c’ and ‘rspec spec’ running
successfully.
but the first ‘rspec spec -c’ shows ‘<-[33m’ on each front of the line
of output.
