I believe we should add Marcus[1] as a committer to the documentation
team of Ruby.

Recently, he has submitted two patches[2][3] that I think make sense and
he should be able to commit himself, along with other documentation
patches he has submitted in the past.

His work on www.r-l.o[4] is honorable as one of the top committers[5],
and I could certainly use his help with committing trivial documentation
patches to Ruby.

Zachary, thank you very much for your kind suggestion,
but I would rather not take on that sort of responsibility.

I'm feeling very comfortable with the work on www.ruby-lang.org (and
that already takes up about all the time I can spare at the moment).
Committing to Ruby itself would be a completely different thing for me;
my knowledge of the Ruby language actually is rather limited, so I
doubt I could be of much help.

Thanks again and best regards,
Marcus
