My client is a flourishing, integrated global marketing agency with
all over the world. We work with amazing Fortune 1000 brands that are
household names. Project work runs the gamut - from microsites, digital
installations and social media to online videos, responsive design and
mobile/tablet apps and sites. We've won just about any industry
award you can think of, and then some.

People like working here. We work hard to maintain a friendly, fun
and put together a benefits package and Work Life program that earned us
spot on Working Mother Magazine's list of "Best Companies for Working
Mothers" several years' running. They offer up a great work-life program
that includes all sorts of employee perks, ranging from *subsidized
dry cleaning drop off/pickup, chiropractor, masseuse, hair stylist,
manicurist/pedicurist, physical trainer, yoga instructor, on-site gym
membership and extra days off on summer Fridays. Their gorgeous offices
conveniently located in picturesque Back Bay, within walking distance of
train and commuter rails, upscale shopping district, zagat's rated
restaurants, etc. *

Not that were desperate or anything, but wed pimp out our own mothers to
get a good Ruby/Rails guy or gal around here. OK, so I guess we're
desperate. The ideal person would be someone who understands the
aspects of the job but can also explain things in plain English to the
"technically challenged". Someone that loves interactive/digital who
working with Technical, Creative and User Experience teams to bring
digital designs to life.

*About you:*

   - Expert experience with Ruby on Rails (3-5 years' experience)

   - You understand the shrinking gap between server and client side
programming and are comfortable working with both.
   - You are lean, agile, and efficient and would rather build a
   to test
assumptions than spend weeks gathering and documenting requirements
   - Your portfolio showcases your concise, elegant and efficient code
