Despite the best attempts of the organisers to limit attendance by
blowing up london.pm.org the Web Frameworks Night is proving to be too
popular to be accomodated by Morgan Stanley despite their best efforts.

As such. and as per this post by Dean, the organiser, the venue has
changed to the New Cavendish Street campus of Westminster University.
